The River dam and the fish observation chamber

This majestic iron giant is 250 meters long. It attracts all year long thousands of visitors. The passage of barges through the lock is always an interesting attraction. Near the dam, the observation chamber allows you to observe the different Seine fish species swimming upstream.

You can find two restaurants in Poses: The Auberge du Halage (100 meters from the gallery) where you can eat lunch or evening meals or just have a cup of tea on a covered terrace looking down on the river. (Contact: +33.2.32.59.06.85).
Close to the dam, the breton crêperie “Ty Jenny” welcomes you (Contact: +33.2.32.59.07.15).

Installed at the end of the towpath, The Fauvette and the Midway will present you the inland water shipping history.
